We will identify our strengths and challenges, and use dreamwork to transform, transcend, or transmute any blocks to wholeness and joy. The Art and Practice of Death Poetry
2-hour circle with Ian McCartor We focus on the power of artistic expression in legacy, the beauty of life found in embracing brevity, and how this also serves the elders in our communities by awakening their inherent poets and artists, inviting them to create death poems with others. This experiential incorporates group share, life review, free writing, and meditation. Embodying Our Dream Journey
2-hour circle with Michelle MacNeil Together we will journey into our dreams in order to experience our dreams more deeply and fully in a safe, sacred, communal space. In this unique, experiential way of working with dreams, we will enact dream moments, with support. 4-hour workshop with April Miller McMurtry SUNDAY MARCH 24 3:00PM-7:00PM w coffee break This workshop includes meditation, visualization, self-reflection, and group work. We will explore the lunar cycle as a template for discovering ways to honor every phases of the arc of our life. We will look at relationships as energy to recognize patterns and processes that help us relate with more awareness and grace. We will discuss right formation of relationships and how they change, how grief and loss transforms relationship, and practice experiential work. ExperientialsYou will have the opportunity to participate in three experientials in small groups with our Dreaming & Healing experts. Based on your selections, you will be assigned to each of the four groups in which you will participate.
Imaginal Dream Embodiment
2-hour circle with Carlos Chancellor Explore dreams as they offer us a near perfect mirror of our inner lives and help us relate to the inner reaches of our soul. Through them we challenge our preconceived notions and ideas of our selves and our relation to the world around us, view and engage with the world around us beyond the literal, the obvious and the concrete. 2-hour circle with Wilka Roig Individually and collectively, dreaming, whether asleep or awake, is the laboratory of self-reflection, personality integration, psychological maturation, and clarification of purpose.
